I've only been into photography as a serious hobby ever since I got my 300D for Christmas back in 2003. My interest before that was severely limited by my lack of proper equipment (a fully-auto 2mp digicam doesn't quite cut it). Anyway, a long story short, in an attempt to make up for the lack of experience, I'm always open to new shooting and learning opportunities. I feel the best way to learn photography is still to go out and shoot rather than to talk about all theories and techniques out there.

My shooting philosophy: KISS (Keep it simple, stupid). I feel photos should have a clear purpose and any elements that don't add to an image are basically distractions.

Anyway, I'm currently an undergrad in Computing - Communications and Media. I'm looking towards a career in digital new media where technology meets art.
