Crab Spider
First macro attempt with the new 5D MkII I'm sharing with my brother. The lens in question is a Canon MP-E 1-5x macro lens shot at around 1.5-2x magnification (i think). Lit using a MR-14EX. Stablised using a monopod.

My previous attempts with the MP-E on my old 20D weren't great due to the insanely dark viewfinder at higher magnification. The much larger/brighter VF on the 5D MkII makes it much easier to judge focus. The downside though is that the large sensor picks up dust very easily and when using this lens, all those dust bunnies will pop up all over the image. Spent a good few minutes cleaning up all the specks in photoshop!
